Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the fixture is uninstalled and placed back in its original packaging with all mounting hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals included.

• 3.
  Shipment Collection

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the item is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
